Ambassador Program Terms

The Program lets selected community members ("Ambassadors") promote Torium through content creation, community building, and other tasks published in the ambassador dashboard. Applications are reviewed manually, and we may accept or decline any application at our sole discretion without stating reasons. Ambassador status does not create any right to future participation, rewards, or renewal.

You must be at least 18 years old, hold a Torium account in good standing, and provide accurate, current information in your application — including the social media accounts you list. You must own or control the social accounts you submit. Providing false information, or acting on behalf of someone else without authority, is grounds for removal from the Program.

Ambassadors are independent participants. Nothing in the Program creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between you and Torium Network. You have no authority to make commitments, statements, or promises on behalf of Torium, and you may not present yourself as an employee or official representative — only as an ambassador.

Program tasks and their rewards are published in the dashboard and may change over time. Whether a submission qualifies for a reward is determined by our review, applying the published task criteria. Rewards may be denied or reversed for submissions that are plagiarized, automated, misleading, artificially amplified (purchased engagement, bots, engagement pods), or otherwise in breach of these Program Terms. Where payouts are offered, we may set minimum thresholds, verification requirements, and processing windows, and you are solely responsible for the accuracy of any payout details you provide and for any taxes on rewards you receive.

By participating in the Program, you grant Torium Network a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt (for formatting and cropping), publish, and display the content you create or submit for the Program — including posts, images, and videos — for operating and promoting Torium across its channels, including the Torium websites, apps, and official social media accounts.

You also grant Torium Network permission to use your name, social media handles, profile photo or avatar, likeness, and public ambassador statistics in connection with the Program — for example, featuring you in ambassador spotlights, leaderboards, and posts on official Torium social accounts. We will not use your likeness to endorse unrelated products or place it in a misleading context.

You may withdraw this publicity permission for future use at any time by contacting us or leaving the Program; we will stop new uses within a reasonable period. Content already published, shared, or embedded before your withdrawal may remain available where removal is impracticable (for example, reposts by third parties), but we will remove or stop actively promoting it on channels we control upon request.

You must comply with the advertising and endorsement rules that apply to you (such as the FTC Endorsement Guides or local equivalents), including clearly disclosing your material connection to Torium when you promote it — for example with #ambassador or an equivalent disclosure. You must not make earnings promises, price predictions, or financial-advice claims about TOR, and you must not present Torium rewards as guaranteed income or investment returns.

We grant you a limited, revocable permission to use the Torium name and official brand assets solely for Program activities and consistent with any brand guidelines we share. You may not register domains, apps, or social accounts that impersonate official Torium properties, alter the brand assets in misleading ways, or use the brand for anything outside the Program. This permission ends when your participation ends.

Through the Program you may receive non-public information — such as unreleased features, campaign plans, or private dashboard and chat content. You agree not to share such information publicly until Torium makes it public or gives you written permission. This obligation survives the end of your participation.

In addition to the prohibited activities in the Torium Terms of Use, Ambassadors must not: buy followers or engagement for Program content; use bots or automation to complete tasks; spam, harass, or deceive communities; run paid ads impersonating Torium; promote Torium in markets or manners that violate local law; or participate in competing incentive-abuse schemes using Torium materials.

The personal data you provide in your application and through the dashboard (name, email, social handles, submissions, and payout details where applicable) is processed to run the Program — application review, task verification, reward accounting, and communication — as described in the Torium Privacy Policy. Public ambassador profiles show only the information indicated in the dashboard.

You may leave the Program at any time by notifying us. We may suspend or end your participation at any time, including for breach of these Program Terms, inactivity, or discontinuation of the Program. On termination for breach, pending rewards attributable to the breach are forfeited; otherwise, verified pending rewards will be honored within a reasonable period. Sections 05 (to the extent of the wind-down rules), 08, and any accrued obligations survive termination.

We may update these Program Terms as the Program evolves; material changes will be announced through the dashboard or by email, and continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions about these Program Terms: [email protected].
